Tour of the Member's Area
The member's area is the main account overview page for your members when they login. At a glance, members can easily see basic account information such as recent activity on each room at which they play, total rake for the month, earned rakeback for the month, earned referral rakeback for the month, total cashouts for the month, date of the last stats update, and quick views of the last 5 referral invitations sent out (confirmed and unconfirmed) and details about the last 2 cashouts submitted.

Member's Area Edit Profile The edit profile screen lets the user update their name, provide their screen names for each of the card rooms at which they play, account information for the epayment services that are provided, and instant messenger contact information. |

Member's Area Submit Rakeback Cashout Request A member can submit a cashout request up to the balance of their account. There are options available to specify that cashout should be to a particular card room or to an epayment service. In some cases, it is allowable for rakeback earnings from one card room to be cashed out to another card room. |

Member's Area Refer Friends Members can easily refer their friends simply by entering an email address. All relevent bonus codes and card room links are sent along with the invitation. Rakeback Manager tracks all referral invitations when they are sent and will notify you when your referrals signup. Referral signups are automatically linked to your account. |

Member's Area Submit Helpdesk Ticket Your members have access to a full helpdesk solution to submit tickets for problems and issues concerning their accounts such as inaccurate card room stats, username and password issues, general questions and concerns about bonuses, and questions about promotions. |

Member's Area Card Room Offers All of the card room offers that a site manager is currently running are available to members in the member's area. This allows a site manager to cross promote rooms. Site managers set up each of the rooms they are promoting from the admin panel card room manager. |

Member's Area Current Promotions The current promotions tab provides members with easy access to any site promotions that a site manager might be running. In addition, a site manager can upload individual stats for each promotion to entice rake races. Promotions can be as simple as an extra $250 dollars to the member who generates the most rake or as complex as $200 paid to the top 5 members and $100 paid to the 6 through 10 positions. |

Member's Area Manage Private Messages Rakeback Manager provides members with a private message system to directly send private messages to the site manager. Rakeback Manager will notify members and the site manager when private messages have been received, providing the member has allowed private message alerts in their profile. |

Member's Area Manage Referrals In some cases, members may send out invitations to an incorrect email address. The referral manager allows members to correct errors with their invitations and either to delete or resend them. |

Member's Area Search FAQs Members have access to a fully functional FAQ system that not only allows searches, but members can actually rate the answer an FAQ provides. This helps the site manager to "fine-tune" answers to the most frequently asked questions and cutting down on the amount of helpdesk tickets and private messages sent to site administrators. |
