Rakeback Manager Requirements
The Rakeback Manager software suite is a complete turnkey system that includes a FREE web site hosting account, an optional FREE web site front end to promote your card rooms, and the Rakeback Manager software supported by a MySQL database to allow your members to login, send referrals, track referrals, submit cashout requests, send helpdesk requests, create personal landing pages, search frequently asked questions and much more.
To get started with the Rakeback Manager software suite to manage your rakeback members, the following are the required steps:
- Buy Domain Names - You must have a domain name on which to run the Rakeback Manager software. This is an optional step if you already have a domain name available or you are already promoting the card roooms on an existing site(s).
- DNS Settings - Setting the DNS of your domain name essentially allows us to pick up the domain name and point it to your hosting account, on which the Rakeback Manager software will be installed and configured.
- Rakeback Links & Banners - Signup as an affiliate at the card rooms of your choice to obtain rakeback links and banners to promote your service. These links and banners allow your members to download and install the poker room software, as well as tracks each member to your account. As your signups use the downloaded software to play poker, their statistics are recorded by each of the card rooms. On a daily basis, you will need to login to your poker room affiliate account, download the statistics to your local PC, use your administrative account to login to the Rakeback Manager software and use the card room manager available in your control panel to upload the stats you retrieve from the card rooms.
When your members login to your site, they will have immediate access to their stats for each of the card rooms at which they play. Your members can submit cashout requests, which you payout to the card room player's account or to the epayment services you make available to your members.
